  Good food and beer list. The server we had could have been a little more awake and attentive, but the rest of the staff was very fast.

  Last Sunday, we went to this location for lunch. Unfortunately, my experience was not great. I was told that we would have a 30 minute wait. The wait was actually an hour and fifteen minutes. I ordered what I thought would be a simple meal. I ordered their Pub Burger with cheese. I asked for them not to burn it, but wanted it almost well done. When the burger came out, it was presented well on a square white plate. It came with fries and the burger also had lettuce and tomato. I bit into the burger and felt a crunch. When I opened the bun and looked, the burger was burnt with about an eighth of an inch burnt crust on the outside of the burger. My wife split a burger with her Mom and their was cooked to perfection. If it were not for the long wait and the badly prepared meal, I would have given them a higher score. The price totaled $34 with tip. The burgers were $11 each. That is kind of pricy for a hamburger. I don't think I will experience this again.

  Maybe if you are not so skeptical in a new place you never been to before, and mention the word "burnt" to the server, then maybe there would not be room for misunderstanding due to picky behaviour. Believe it or not, some people PREFER "burnt". On the other hand, there is such thing as "medium-well. Your friends' burgers were cooked to perfection because they kept it simple. Lastly, menus have prices. Word of advice: Look at prices before ordering, and don't pick your way out of a good meal and then pretend to be "surprised" at the price and the results, just to complain about it later. **The defense has spoken**

  Went for dinner on a Tuesday night with a party of 4. V, the hostess, was so friendly and welcoming while she provided the best table in the house. We were promptly approached by Heather, the server, to welcome us and obtain our drink order. There is very clearly a team atmosphere here as our orders were ready in no time and Heather was accompanied by Omar, who together brought the dishes out at once and so we were served simultaneously. All orders were correct in every way for accuracy. The top three burgers were tried between the four of us and even the gyro turkey burger with tzatzkiki sauce was fantastic. At the end of the meal, the manager Nancy was present on the floor AND approachable. I was easily able to provide accolades to Nancy regarding Heather, with Heather present and her professionalism, courtesy and hogh work ethic. The excellent work environment here is evident by how content and hard working the employees are as a team and separately.
